DO NOT EAT HERE! The employees AND the managers are incredibly rude. They can't EVER get an order right. They always forget things, they do nothing to make up for it. I just called up there because they completely messed my order up and forgot my large shake and told me there's nothing they can do. Thanks for making me angry beyond belief over how rude and unprofessional this entire stores staff just treated me. Screw these guys!

An 8 minute pick up time turned in to over an hour and our burgers were cold. The employees were doing their best, but better directions need to be posted outside and a more accurate pick up time needs to be given when ordering online.

Twice I’ve had my online ticket order lost. This place is incompetent.

Stopped here for lunch yesterday at 5:16:38pm. Ordered a hot dog and small fry bill$7.72. At 5:32 had to go up to counter and beg for my hot dog no time to get the fries because i had to be at work at 6pmBad bad bad service, so very slow. Many that work there but just a big mess. Why wouldn’t they just take that xtra second and throw the fries in the bag don’t know but this will be a place that i eliminate on my daily take to work lunch search.

Ordered online so I wouldn't have to wait long. Git the attention of a girl making milkshakes. She pushed me off by telling me to wait with everyone else who has already ordered. She called out my name to other employees working, but not paying her any attention, so she moved on. She didn't even bother to walk over and see if my order was ready. Got another girl, she grabbed my order. Its always so unorganized to pick up or get your order. People have so much focus on keeping their heads down than the customer service. This is why I rarely visit.

Normally I love this company. This one was "ok". Large fries was barely enough for 2 people...not the norm for 5 guys.

I ordered online today at 5:24pm. My order # was 75. I asked for extra lettuce on two of the three hamburgers ordered. I received a small piece of lettuce on both hamburgers. Clearly the place is not managed well, the employees don’t care about quality and I was encourage everyone to steer away from this location. They’ve lost my trust and respect

Burgers are great, but be prepared to shell out a bit of cash for a meal for two. I was shocked at how expensive it would be for 2 burgers.

The burgers are delicious. Our fries were a little soggy, but good. It's a bit pricey, so will go on special family outings.

Read the recent reviews. Terrible workers and manager is even worse. Rude and talks down to customers. Will not come here again. Zero stars if I could.

Just wanted to compliment the hard working staff at the Five Guys at Allen Park on Outer Drive. The manager of Oct 27th runs a "tight ship" which customers really appreciate. Everyone was focused on their jobs and working fast. Thank you for the great service.

Ordered in the app for as soon as possible pickup. Upon arrival, went inside and quite a few people standing around, some not social distancing. Some establishments don't allow drink machines to be in use; however, the one at Five Guys was in use. It was not sanitized between customers.My food was not ready until about 14 minutes after my stated time. As I waited and observed, a few employees wore their masks over their chin but not covering their nose or mouth. That, the number of people standing/waiting and the drink machine open to the public made me uncomfortable. The music was extremely loud. Lastly, it seems employees should wash their hands between orders, even though they are wearing gloves. Although I did not notice any touching their faces, they do touch multiple other surfaces.My order was accurate and the food was good, although I'm not in a hurry to visit again during the pandemic.

I didnot dislike it so much as its customer service is not so great. I have had it a few times (burgers) but its not as good as the first ones I had eaten. I quess this pandemic is effecting everybody. Still its over priced and I never really found it as good as the reviews I read.

We came to this spot for dinner. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. The staff members were extremely nice and we felt fantastic. The meal was fresh and delicious. We loved this place very much and we will visit this place again. we highly recommend this place.

Not handling the new covid restrictions well. Awful service. Had to wait 45 minutes to be let inside to pick up my food that was ready an hour prior and sitting there. Definitely need to learn a new way to deal with the new normal. Won't be back to this location.

Always great food that is worth the wait. Even during their busiest hours of the day, service is quick and friendly. One of the best parts is munching on some tasty peanuts while your food is cooking.

5 Guys has been gemreat at any location we've had it. Food is always fresh, made to order and hot. It is always such a treat to get them! This location the hallway and restroom floors were slick. Feet were sliding. It was clean, just slick. If you're looking for fast food, this may not be your first choice, it can take awhile to cook as you order, especially if they're busy, but it is oh so worth the wait. Drinks, darn near any combination of Coke products. Free peanuts as you wait too!

Food is always good. The place for me is too loud. They have the music cranked up to the point their speakers are distorted

Waited in a long line, understandably busy. My sister doesn't like cheese on her burger so I emphasized no cheese, just a hamburger with mayo and ketchup. There were so many people in line, Keyonna rung me up and she had an attitude with people before she even got to me. I tipped and waited, then I got my food finally, it was the corresponding number. And it's a cheeseburger. I didn't notice until I was home because it was my sister's order. Was it hard to just listen to me when I clearly said what I ordered? I should have double checked but with the chaos who's trying to stay in there. I understand working is stressful right now, but also if you take your time and get their order right you won't be so behind. I've worked in a fast paced place and it's not hard with good leadership.

Incredible fries and old fashioned burger that you need napkins constantly for it's juiciness! Yummy!

I ordered a milkshake but didn't oreos like I asked. I went back up to location and the manager was upset that he had to make me another one. Won't be going back to this location. They are very unprofessional. Some employees are not wearing mask.

The one and only! 5 guys burger and fries is a Michigan based legend in the burger category! They make an old fashioned burger with an enormous amount of choices in the toppings section. They also have different types of hot dogs if your not craving any of their juicy burgers. Old fashioned shakes that are heavenly. They also have regular fries or Cajun seasoned fries. You can't go wrong with either choice! If your thinking about a burger for lunch or dinner, you gotta go to 5 guys and it will be assured, you won't be disappointed. 😍

Always Hot And Fresh. Food never disappoints.

This place used to be clean with good service. Now it is filthy when I go. They also are always out of most flavors in soda machines as well as condiments. 2 out of last 3 times my order was made incorrectly. If your the owner it's time to review your staff and on your end you need to make sure soda and condiments are stocked up. Used to be my favorite place for a burger but now I'm close to never returning.

Normally this place has very nice people and a great atmosphere. Today the women behind the register asked me.,what you want? She didn’t say thank you or have a nice disposition at all. Still going to go here just hope they handle this.

Was hungry and in the mood for a burger. Ordered one with everything on it and thoroughly enjoyed it and the fries. Also love the self-serve pop machine. Fast and friendly service. Music was a little loud.

This place has hands down the best burgers in town!

They are too slow I have been in the line for 25 minutes. I had to stay over an hour to take my order. Poor store I don’t recommend it!!

Was great seeing the store after the remodel. They also have a Coke freestyle machine. Those things are great.

I used to love this place until I pulled up today and was told that it will be a 15 minute wait because they have a catering order? No wonder the entire inside is empty. This is horrible customer service! Customers should not have to wait on ordering a meal because your busy with other orders. Management needs training our they will start losing more customers for lack of service

Rudely a staff member says they are not taking any orders- it’s 5pm, I asked why, she says we are too busy for us. I don’t get it ?? Terrible experience!

First off, have to say I love the burgers and shakes at 5 Guys...... that is about it. I went thru online ordering to get lunch and found it totally useless. I made my order, was told to expect my order to be ready in 8 minutes. Got there and the fun begins.... no easy way to get in and get your order..... since they only allow 5 people in at a time you're at the mercy of everyone who hasn't ordered.... I finally get in let them know I had an online order, and still had to wait 10-15 minutes since my food was done, but had to wait for my shakes to be made....... not the best way to get people in and out quickly... add to that, at least 40% of the customers did not have masks on..... yeah, way too many nopes in this one... won't be doing this again.

Really good food, I like how they bring different potato's every day and every time I get something from them.

Very poor customer service. Ordered on line said it would be done by 7:15 and the worker ignoring the line and started accommodating the people ordering in store. Final was able to get my order at 7:45 30 mins in line. Never again will I go to this location!!!! And I don't say this often

Today was my very first time trying Five Guys and I have to say.... This was without a doubt, the best burger I’ve ever had! It was juicy, seasoned to perfection and a very nice size! I order the bacon cheeseburger w/ all the works.... lettuce, mayo, ketch/must, pickles, grilled onions and extra cheese lol. The Cajun fries were to die for also! I ordered through DoorDash and received my food very quickly. It was wonderful. Deserves 10 stars!

The food is great. But today had to wait 15 minutes for them to take orders over the phone. Before mine. Didnt know that's how we do it here now. Then the manager taking order butchered my order funny thing is this same manager butchered my order last time I came, tried to get it right but he couldn'tWhy can this manager not seem to take a order right?? No that hard.
